un, sand, and a body on the beach.
Trixie Pristine can’t believe her luck when she wins an all-expenses-paid trip to a luxury resort in Belize. Cora and Sally can’t get away, so Trixie trades Midwest snow for turquoise water on her own. Her suite comes with a personal butler named Javier. On her first night, she makes a new friend over dinner, a cheerful real estate agent named Bessie.
The next morning, Bessie never shows up for coffee. Trixie finds her on the beach, and she isn’t sleeping.
When Bessie’s grieving sister begs Trixie to find out what happened, Trixie can’t say no. Javier is a true crime fan who’s thrilled to help. Together they follow a trail of cryptic emails and a scrap of paper with an address to an empty house that’s hiding something big. Someone wants Trixie to stick to sunbathing, though, and the warnings are getting harder to ignore.
Can Trixie catch a killer before her dream vacation turns deadly?
